Michael Flanagan
President/
Chief Executive OfficerIn 2003, Michael Flanagan served as chief financial officer of the directional marketing division at Monster Worldwide, an affiliate of TMP Directional Marketing at the time. Flanagan remained in that position until the company became TMPDM in 2005, and, in 2008, he assumed the roles of president and chief executive officer. He currently oversees TMPDM’s profitability, operational efficiency and senior management teams. He works with these teams to establish performance goals and priorities among departments, delegating responsibilities to keep the entire company on track, on time and on budget. His knowledge of the marketing industry is applied to successfully developing strategic relationships outside the company, guaranteeing the proper networks are in place to meet TMPDM’s objectives.
Prior to joining our local search company, Flanagan was with Automatic Data Processing for over eight years, the last three as vice president and general manager of ADP Credit Corp. During that time, he led an effort to reengineer business processes by automating the credit-scoring function and streamlining the lease operations. Prior to ADP Credit Corp, Flanagan spent five years in corporate treasury, working in both domestic and international treasury operations.

Eric Berk
Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for growing the company’s revenue and managing its overall operational efficiency, Eric Berk brings with him extensive financial expertise. As former chief financial officer of Ziff Davis — a privately held, integrated media company — Berk was responsible for finance, human resources, IT and other operational functions. Previously, he was the chief financial officer for IGE and director of finance for the Internet/direct commerce division of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. Berk also served as finance director for Time Inc., where he was responsible for accounting and financial management of Time magazine’s editorial division.

Gregg Stewart
Senior Vice President
of InteractiveGregg Stewart has over 20 years of Yellow Pages and interactive agency experience. He joined TMP Directional Marketing as senior vice president of its eastern region in January 2006, successfully managing the Yellow Pages, interactive and local search programs. In January 2007, Stewart assumed the role of senior vice president of interactive to further develop TMPDM’s integrated media solutions and launch TMPDM’s interactive division 15miles.
Prior to joining TMPDM, Stewart was senior vice president of channel management and marketing at Fathom Online, which is an SEM company. Prior to Fathom Online, Stewart was executive vice president of Wahlstrom Group and president of Wahlstrom Interactive, a division of Interpublic Group. Stewart previously served on the advisory board for Search Engine Strategies, which is a leading global conference and expo series that instructs companies on SEM and SEO tactics. He is currently the vertical expert on local search for Search Engine Watch, which is a leading authority on SEM.

Michael Glefke

Strategic Account PlanningMichael Glefke joined TMP Directional Marketing in 1987 as an assistant account manager for Midas International. Since then, his responsibilities have progressed from vice president/general manager of the Chicago office to vice president, regional manager and senior vice president of client services. Glefke’s expertise is building solid corporate programs for franchise businesses. He possesses an impressive track record of client satisfaction and retention, and he has been a leader in introducing new interactive services to his existing client base.

Kristen Spence
Senior Vice President of
Client ServicesAfter Kristen Spence graduated from Memphis’ Christian Brothers University, she went on to accumulate more than 14 years of Yellow Pages advertising experience. Spence started with local search leader TMP Directional Marketing in 1991 as an account representative. She was later promoted to vice president/general manager of TMPDM’s Memphis office, and went on to work with several other company offices as regional vice president. Spence has also held leadership roles within our operations, graphics, media planning and marketing departments. Most recently, Spence has taken on the leadership role of overseeing all regional TMPDM locations from her office in Memphis.

John Jordan
Senior Vice President of
Business Development and Client StrategyJohn Jordan joined TMP Directional Marketing in 1999 as part of an acquisition of Fox Advertising, a boutique Yellow Pages agency based in Austin, Texas. Jordan has a wide range of sales and marketing experience and a sincere passion for our local search company’s products and services. He has served in various capacities: account executive, account manager, media planner, marketing consultant, interactive sales, field sales, regional marketing director, vice president/general manager, vice president of marketing and, most recently, regional vice president of client services.

Monica Ho
Vice President of Marketing
Monica Ho joined TMP Directional Marketing in 1999 and became vice president of marketing in 2006. In her current position, Ho is responsible for the strategy and implementation of all print advertising and online marketing initiatives for the company and its interactive division 15miles. She has over 10 years of marketing and management experience, including a solid foundation in Internet advertising sales and client services. Ho serves as cochairperson of the SEMPO Research Committee and committee lead on the SEMPO Research Review Panel. She is also an active member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s search committee and the Association of Directory Marketing’s local search committee.

Ross Gilbert
Vice President of Operations
Ross Gilbert joined TMP Directional Marketing in March 2008 from Brady Corp. He comes to TMPDM with over 25 years of experience in leading and managing improvements in both manufacturing and service environments, including General Electric and Kohler. His experience includes operations, marketing and quality management. Furthermore, Gilbert’s credentials consist of the development and implementation of systems to improve business performance across semi-autonomous business units, improving both client satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Jennifer Sobol
General Counsel
Jennifer joined TMP Directional Marketing as general counsel in early 2006. Prior to joining the company, she was an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group at Bryan Cave LLP. At Bryan Cave, Jennifer was engaged in a broad range commercial practice where she was involved in all aspects of the litigation process for clients including global financial institutions, real estate investment firms and Fortune 500 corporations. Jennifer received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. She is admitted to the state bars of New York and Connecticut, and is also admitted in the United States District Court for the southern and eastern districts of New York.

Julie Hofmann
Director of Human Resources
Julie started with TMP Directional Marketing in 2005 and is responsible for the efficient management and coordination of HR functions, administration and systems. Julie provides human resources and planning expertise for the company as a whole and is responsible for organizational development and planning, recruiting and placement, medical and disability programs, occupational health and safety, and human resource administration. Before joining TMPDM, she worked in the field of employee benefits for the insurance industry.
