In order to test the value of Thrifty’s ads while holding true to Thrifty’s budget constraints, TMPDM created monthly market-level media plan recommendations and implemented call volume testing across 15 markets. Brooke came to TMPDM with some specific advertising objectives – increase search engine visibility and leads while remaining under a specific CPL target.
